At Korakio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our kitchenware. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 180-DAY RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 180-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Since our collections include delicate materials like artisanal glass and natural wood, we take extra care in packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@korakio.com.
Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at service@korakio.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been used for food preparation. Custom-made products or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
